  • Booking early and planning ahead is essential.

    We suggest booking in your Childbirth Masterclass for when you are between 24 to 32 weeks. This will give you plenty of time to prepare with minimal risk of going into labour.

  • To put it simply, I’m living in my early mum era, so I truly understand what it’s like to raise tiny humans today.

    I was tired of seeing so many parents become overwhelmed with conflicting “what’s best” advice and the one-size-fits-all approach, so I made it my mission to help new parents navigate their own path.

    Over the past 10+ years, I’ve built a solid knowledge base working as a Clinical Midwifery Specialist, supporting thousands of families and constantly refining my practice through both professional and lived experience, so parents can feel confident and supported without having to figure it all out on their own.

  • Our Bulk Billed Antenatal Appointments are a great way to get complementary assistance to your already existing support. If you have any lingering questions or if you have found out some news you need extra support with, this is the time to book in your appointment.

    The Beautiful Breastfeeding Program is essential if you are determined to be a breastfeeding mama but we also discuss options for you if it doesn’t work out.

    Our Medicare Subsidised Postnatal Consultations are essential health check-ups for your recovery after birth, mental wellbeing and baby’s overall health, as well as providing practical guidance and support with breastfeeding and adjusting to life with a newborn.

  • Childbirth classes aren’t just for first-time parents. Even if you’ve given birth before or attended other classes, each pregnancy and birth is a unique experience.

    You may have had a challenging or traumatic birth in the past (which is why I started these classes in the first place), and now you want to feel more informed and empowered for your next birth.

  • Although we touch upon C-Sections in the Childbirth Masterclass. It is also highly recommended to book in a Bulk Billed Antenatal Appointment so we can cater to your specific needs and provide you with the full information regarding Vaginal Birth after Caesarean (VBAC).
